Thanks for visiting my fundraising page.

If you happened to be in the docklands on Aug 10th this year you are likely to see me spluttering my way through 1,500m of Thames, wobbling dangerously over the 40km to Westminster and back or waddling through the final 10km of run around Victoria docks. 

This will be my 6th time and I'm determined to beat 2h30m before age overtakes me.  My first attempt was 2h59m and last year was 2h42m so at least I'm still going in the right direction.....

If that isn't enough, I'm planning on cycling from Rock in Cornwall to Sevenoaks.  It's 265 miles and I'm going to go for it over 2 days.  Think of me on July 14th and 15th - the forecast is nice and wet apparently....

To make my toil a little more worthwhile, I'd like to raise some money for cancer research.  As last year, any sponsorship I raise will go to the Association for International Cancer Research who do research in the less-well covered areas of cancer.
