As many of you are aware that know me I suffer from Crohns disease and have been admitted to hospital on a number of occassions.  It has taken me 2 years since my last relapse to get my fitness and health back!!

In October 2008 I am running The Bupa Great South Run and would like to help the NACC raise awareness and funds to help find a cure!!
