This year for the first time I will be running the London marathon on 25th April 2010.  This is a goal I have wanted to achieve for as long as I can remember and I hope many of you will be able to come out and support me on the day!!! :)

I am also running for an extremely worthy cause that would greatly appreciate your help.  Im sure many of you know someone who is, or has been, affected by cancer.  My charity is called The Association for International Cancer Research (AICR) and provides important project funding for a variety of cancers including prostate, breast, bowel, colon, lung and brain cancer.  More details can be found at: www.aicr.org.uk

Without such funding diagnosis and treatment would not be improved for a disease that touches many of our lives.  A small donation will make a big difference.  After all every penny really does count.
