As most of you may know already, I will be taking part in the Helvellyn Back 2008, which will involve a 4 mile kayak followed by a 40 mile cycle and ending in a climb up Helvellyn all in a day.  As you may appreciate this is likely to be an unpleasant day for me and may result in blisters for years to come so any donations to either of my chosen charities would be greatly appreciated.
