Thanks for visiting my fundraising page. I have been lucky enough to get a place on this summers ride for Help for Heroes, the Charity that supports our wounded troops. HELP FOR HEROES is the charity that gives enormous support to our wounded troops in the early period when they need to concentrate on recovery and rehabilitation. I will be riding through the old battlefields of Normandy to Paris along with the wounded of the recent conflicts. Its a gruelling 80 mile a day trip for a very intense and emotional week culminating in the laying of a wreath at the tomb of the unknown soldier at the Arc de Triomphe in Paris. My holiday fund for this year is going into the pot but I still need to make it up to two and a half thousand pounds, please dig deep and help me to raise the rest!
