Massive THANKS to our team - Donna, Ali, Matt and Linzi. They completed the Edinburgh Marathon Relay in a fantastic time of 4hrs 14 mins. Really well done!! And even better news is that we have raised our target amount for the Piggybankkids - and more!

For the third year in a row, we have a team running the Edinburgh marathon relay for the Piggybankkids. We have raised around £5000 so far for the charity and hope to raise lots more.

I think most people know our story by now: Our first son, Ryan, was born at 26+5 weeks due to severe preeclampsia, and sadly, his younger brother, Noah, was stillborn as a result of the condition. The Piggybankkids do research into preeclampsia and other pregnancy complications. We hope that our efforts will stop other parents going through the same.

Apologies, but this year is the first year that neither of us are going to be able to run.  Fran has had a running injury since September, and Jeroen was all set to run the first leg until last week, when unfortunately he tore his archilles tendon playing football and now has his leg in plaster! We hope that this will not stop our friends and family donating to such a good cause on behalf of our team.
