For many of you, this may come as a shock as I was such a big drinker and partier and really did love a drink or 10 :) so this really is a massive challenge for me.  I initially signed up for a "90 DAY ONE YEAR NO BEER CHALLENGE" as I felt I was drinking too much and needed to take control over my drinking, today is the end of my 90-day challenge. Today I have decided to celebrate my success of completing my 90-day challenge by having a drink..... only joking!! Today I have signed up to the full 365-day challenge as I have proven to myself that I can do it :)  

The last 90 days have been a bit of a challenge, especially when going on holiday, as I loved sitting in the sun having a few drinks, I still did this only with zero alcohol beers which I still really enjoy having.

Over the last 90 days, I have never felt better, I have more energy, I'm exercising more, I'm eating better and I really feel I'm in a happier place, so really am up the 365-day challenge.

I have decided to raise money for pips charity as everyone keeps asking me "WHY!?”  When I say I've given up drink and I say I'm doing a challenge, they still say “WHY ?” lol so now I can say because I want to change my relationship with alcohol I want to control it as I believe it was starting to control me. 

I am raising money for this great charity as there are too many young people taking their lives due to mental health, and I believe alcohol and drugs play a big part in mental health, and overall well being. Hopefully, I can inspire some of you to help by joining me in this challenge by signing up to a 28 day, 90 day or 345 days ONE YEAR NO BEER CHALLENGE and help me raise my target of £2,000 by the end of my challenge which is the 6th of June 2020. Please help me raise money for this charity by either donating or doing this challenge with me.
