On the 20th September '09 I will be running the Great North Run in honour of my Grandad, Len Williams. He was a truly lovely person, the best Grandad you could ask for and a loving husband & father. Sadly he suffered with Parkinson's Disease for many years and it's for this reason that I want to run the race to raise money in support of the Parkinson's Disease charity, so any money you can give would be hugely appreciated by both myself/Len's Family and the Parkinson's Disease Society.
