My story
Olivia was diagnosed with Type 1 diabetes in January this year. She is 11 years old. No-one knows what causes diabetes in children, it could be something as simple as having a viral infection (ie a cold). She is such a brave girl, having to cope with 4 injections a day and numerous blood testing, and has had to make it a (very large) part of her life.
Thousands of children in the UK are suffering with this terrible disease, and it just becomes a part of their life. Please sponsor us to help find a cure, and to help children like Olivia, so that they can have their childhood back...
To help raise funds we are participating in "Walk In The Park" in Brighton, on June 15th. Please sponsor us so that we can raise as much money as we can. Every little helps.
