Olivia was diagnosed with Type 1 diabetes in January this year.  She is 11 years old. No-one knows what causes diabetes in children, it could be something as simple as having a viral infection (ie a cold). She is such a brave girl, having to cope with 4 injections a day and numerous blood testing, and has had to make it a (very large) part of her life.

Thousands of children in the UK are suffering with this terrible disease, and it just becomes a part of their life.  Please sponsor us to help find a cure, and to help children like Olivia, so that they can have their childhood back...
