I am raising money for Just Rifles, a military charity that support soldiers, veterans and dependants. We may not be engaged on active duty anymore but the consequences of war have not gone away. Now more than ever, our boys & girls need long-term support ranging from physical and psychological therapy, to resettlement and career advice. Just Rifles helps veterans in crisis, but also those looking for more long-term support. 

I doubt many of us haven’t had someone close be affected by modern conflict. One of the things I’ve always found the most unfair is taking away the ability to be active from some of the most active people in the word. The military is a physical job, and loosing that routine can have devastating effects. So. I will do a burpee for every pound that gets raised on here.
