In 2014, I will be raising funds for the Alzheimer's Society. This is a charity that is really close to my heart and is actively involved in funding research programmes to eradicate this nasty condition. I have had personal experience of the condition through my grandmother and rather sadly more and more of us do too.

 

My challenge will be to walk from home (Oxford) to work (Heartlands, Daventry) on the 17th April 2014. This is in excess of 40 miles! It may take less than one hour in the car, but it will actually take anything between 10 and 14 hours to walk it!
