The Coniston Team Challenge is a gruelling event involving a 10km hike up a Coniston Old Man, a 17km mountain bike ride through the famous Grizedale Forest and a 3km kayak course on Coniston water.  It'll be tough because we're all used to sitting behind a desk all week and this will really test our physical and mental strength!  We're used to a challenge as working in recruitment is full of ups and downs too!
