Well I'm constantly setting my health & fitness clients goals and encouraging them to take on challenges - I also like to do this myself and the prospect of this tough challenge amongst wonderful scenery really excites me. The prospect of raising money for such a worthy cause as part of a team is also a big motivator. Whilst I anticipate that I'll enjoy this challenge, it's going to be incredibly tough and if you can recognise my efforts in taking this on and dealing with extreme fatigue, to some extent pain and probably some challenging weather, with a small donation to the British Red Cross, I and my fellow runners from the Denbigh Harriers Club would be extremely grateful.
