Hi everyone,

Havens Hospices has long been the chosen charity of De-Ice (the Company I work for) and is widely known and recognized for it's amazing efforts in bringing hope and comfort to people of all ages afflicted with terminal cancer.

I'd like to have a go at raising some much needed funds for them by taking part in the Hadleigh Hardcore this November which includes a 5km cross country run over the Olympic Mountain Bike course, a 10km mountain bike ride and finishing with a military style assault course.

It should be a lot of fun and a great way to raise some money for this very worthy cause - so please spare what you can!
