Join us for this special ONLINE charity Yoga Class to raise funds for our amazing front line workers at the NHS.

Whilst being at home these last few weeks, I have been racking my brains as to how I can do something to say Thank You to all the amazing NHS staff working so hard on the front line against COVID-19, and the best way I could think of was to teach Yoga, surprisingly!
So, following on from the wonderful response I have had from all of you to my online classes I would like to offer this very special online class to you. 

I have joined forces with some fabulous Yoga teachers that I know, and on Saturday 2nd May, we will be teaching an online yoga class with a difference for you all.......
The class will feature sections from Live Happy Yoga, Natalie Nardi Yoga, Funky Buddha Yoga, Yoga Vidaca, Epping Yoga & Shake-Up Fit .
Each of us will be teaching just a section of the class and bringing our own individual personalities & styles to what promises to be a unique Yoga experience for us all!!

The class will be a donation class, give as much or as little as you can, everything helps and all funds will be going direct to NHS Charities Together.
