Jenny Durrans was a beloved friend and colleague who sadly lost her battle with cancer earlier this year. A positive, vibrant person, Jenny maintained grace and dignity to the end with the support of Springhill Hospice. To say thank you for this support, the staff of St Mary’s are running Manchester Glow in the Park in memory of this extraordinary woman.

Thank you for taking the first step to helping us raise the £3 million a year it costs to keep the doors of Springhill Hospice open. The services we provide are free of charge. We care for adults aged 18 and over with a life limiting illness. As well as caring for in-patients we also provide respite care, pain and symptom control, counselling for patients and family members, a day hospice for out-patients, hospice care in the home and bereavement advice.
