Ok so this is it, after discussing how we were inspired watching the London Marathon - we have actually decided that we want part of it. As the main members of our team have little or no experiance in running marathons we have opted for the 'RUN TO THE BEAT' London half marathon to start with. We aim to raise lots of money for chosen charities between us all but Sharon & I are going to support Beating Bowel Cancer in particular.

We can barely run 3 miles each at the start of our training so please appreciate how much effort we need to put in to achieve this - all we ask is you dig into your pocket and give a little money and support!
