Walkers - Gary Havlin

The Whinhill Golf Club have organised a sponsored walk on Sunday 14th September 2025 from the Whinhill Golf Club to Largs with funds raised going towards 'Epilepsy Scotland'.

This will be the 15th year the walk has been held for good causes after previous years when the club had organised a sponsored walk from Whinhill to Largs to raise money for the club’s centenary (2011) fund.

The committee of the club decided to continue the tradition with money raised every year since then, going towards good causes.

The walk will take place on Sunday 14th September 2025, leaving from the Whinhill Golf Club @ 10.00am and terminating at Largs town centre where transport (if required) will be provided to return back to the Whinhill Golf Club.

Anyone, young or old can take part.

The committee of the Whinhill Golf Club hope as much money as possible can be raised for this great charity.

Anyone can donate to 'Epilepsy Scotland' online using this page. They can add in the comment section who they are sponsoring.

The names of the people who have confirmed they are doing the walk will be placed on this page.

In addition to the Just Giving page, sponsorship sheets will be circulated within the club for members and their friends to contribute.

Anyone wishing to take part in the sponsored walk should contact Gary (07903205723) for more information, a sponsor sheet, to register their name for the walk, etc.
