Story

So I've just done my first run for charity for sports relief I ran three miles (with no training) it killed me but I've got stamina haha!!! I really enjoyed myself and the whole atmosphere was great! So when the opportuntiy came along to run 10k I thought why not. This time I'm thinking I may need to do a little bit of training lol!

Right so here the bit where I ask for everyone support and money I need to raise "£200 but obviously I want to raise a lot more so if everyone could delve deep put their hands in their pockets and sponsor me as much as you can afford it would be greatly appreciated not just by me but by all the people that this money will benefit.
