Story
Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.
In 2005, I was sponsored to walk 17 miles through the night along the route of the Circle Line for Maggies Cancer Caring Centres.
I thought I might have another go at this year’s Maggies Night Hike, as it took place over a new, longer, 20 mile circuit of London throughout Friday night, 17 September 2010.
This page only allows the display of 10 pictures I took; those of you who know me may be pleased you do not have to endure the other 558 from Friday night.
Maggies has set all individual walkers a minimum target of £300 and I would be grateful if you would please consider sponsoring me to meet, if not exceed, this target. I appreciate these are tough times economically just now, but anything you feel able to contribute would be most welcome.
Thanks for taking the time to read & donate.
PS Those of a curious nature may wish to know the pics were taken with a Nikon D700 & 14-24mm, panoramas made in Photoshop CS3. And no, I did not use a tripod.
Donating through JustGiving is simple, fast and totally secure. Your details are safe with JustGiving – they’ll never sell them on or send unwanted emails. Once you donate, they’ll send your money directly to the charity and make sure Gift Aid is reclaimed on every eligible donation by a UK taxpayer. So it’s the most efficient way to donate - I raise more, whilst saving time and cutting costs for the charity.
And why not think about doing a walk yourself next time?
Cheers.
Paul
