Pat was a kind and thoughtful friend and colleague who helped many a new soft toy maker and bear maker as they launched into the strange but wonderful world of  patterns, fabrics, eyes, joints and a variety of stuffings!  Pat and Roy were a great hardworking team working six and seven day weeks to serve the Oakley Fabric customers.

Pat's favourite song was "Good morning! Good morning!  It's great to stay up late, Good Morning, Good Morning to you!"   It couldn't help but make me smile even on those extremely cold Sunday mornings standing in some car park waiting to unload!  Actually, Pat was very good and making people smile.

She was brave, funny, tireless and with a very positive attitude despite everything that life through at her over the last ten years.  Pat will be sadly missed by all who knew her.

My thoughts are with Roy, his family and Pat's family.
