The picture is of Samantha Hardcastle who died  from sudep (suden unexpected death in epilepsy ) aged 25 , she was 7 months pregnant. given the right guidance and diagnosis we are sure she would be alive today.

 There are lots of cases like this so epilepsy bereaved needs every penny to  support bereaved families and raise awareness.

.I will be running the london 10k in july for epilepsy bereaved along with Scott Hardcastle , Paul Carter, Tracey Lucas,Richard Lucas and Andrew Hoyland.

At least 21 people with epilepsy in the UK die each week. SUDEP Action, is the only UK charity dedicated to supporting those bereaved by epilepsy, raising awareness of epilepsy risks and tackling deaths in people with epilepsy, including Sudden Unexpected Death in Epilepsy (SUDEP).
