Please don't think I'm wearing these tight lycra pants for my own enjoyment - this is serious stuff. I'm going to slog my way through 26.2miles all in a bid to raise much needed funds for a charity close to mine and my family's heart. 

Cancer is a killer and more and more people are being struck down every year. Not only does this cut short their lives but often our own through the loss of losing - far too soon - someone we hold dear.
