We support people across Scotland to have better mental health and wellbeing.

Story

Carl O'Shea lost his life to suicide in February 2006, months before his 26th Birthday. Since then Carl's family and his girlfriend Heather have raised over £44,000 for SAMH. SAMH provide services for those suffering from mental ill health and also work to promote good mental health for all and remove the stigma associated with these issues.

In order to help the family achieve their current target of £50,000 Trish will be running the Edinburgh Marathon on the 25 May and Heather, Nina and Sharonne will be running the Glasgow Women's 10k on May 18.

Thank you for taking the time to sponsor us. More information can be found at www.samh.org.uk or www.justgiving.com/carloshea.
Official times for the 10k are as follows - well done ladies!

Sharonne Bansal 1:08:13
Nina Bansal 57:20
Marathon official time is now out:
Patricia Kay 4:13 (WJR its under 4 hours if we discount the queue for the toilet break)
