Hi all,

For those of you who do not know, i am decided to try to complete one of my lifetimes ambitions on sunday which is to complete an ironman distance triathlon soley under 'weall' power pardon the pun.

It seemed a good idea at the time, as to paraphrase 220 triathlon magazine there is no party like a quelle roth party with sights such as the beer mile and cheesy euro pop booming.  Eagerly i entered, six months later i know how much hard work has been put it to try to complete this race of 3.8 km swim, a 180km bike ride and a 42km rum (a marathon) in under 15 hours.
