Paula Mullooly & Angela Bedwell are competing in the British 10k London Run on Sunday 12th July, 2009.

Paula - I needed a new challenge after the 42 mile cycle marathon last year and this is definitely it. I am built for comfort not for speed!!!

Angela - This is a warm up for the marathon next year. Let's hope we get in !!

We have decided to raise money for the Dystonia Society as one of our friends has Dystonia which is a neurological movement disorder. It causes involuntary muscle contractions which lead the affected parts of the body to develop abnormal movements or postures, with or without tremor.
