Well it hs come to that time again when I have to put on my runners and get myself into gear. On Sunday 31 May I am running a 10K race for the Rotary Club on behalf of Macmillan Cancer Relief and the Northamptonshire Air Ambuulance which I think are 2 very worthy causes and as always would be grateful for any sponsorship that you can spare!! My goal is to try for less then 60 minutes so I am training hard at the minute but will see what happens on the day!!
