To celebrate our impending mid life crissees, myself and Rick
Manson will be completing the Edinburgh marathon on Sunday the 31st of may this year.

Our chosen fund raising charity is Mind.

It is estimated that approximately  1 in 3 people in the UK,have, or will, at some point in their lives, suffer from some form of mental health issue, and Mind provides both practical and emotional support to   people suffering from these issues in a wide range of different ways, and is a charity that myself and Rick are very keen to support.
