Training for the race has been stepped up a notch in recent weeks; Andrew has just completed the Hever Castle triathlon and has an 80k cycle challenge lined up for Sunday 3rd October. Jane's 'holiday' consisted of running 80 miles of the South Downs Way from Eastbourne to Petersfield. On top of that are lunchtime runs, cycling to & from work, gym work, treadmill speed sessions, yoga, long Sunday runs............
