Hello Everyone! I'm going to be running the London Marathon this April, the last in a series of Home Nation Marathons I have completed since April 2005. On this occasion I will be running to raise money for the Bristol Royal Childrens Hospital. As some of you will be aware my 5 year old son Rafael has Nephrotic Syndrome and has been admitted to the Childrens Hospital several times. If anyone would like to sponsor me you can do so on this web page. All donations will go towards helping children, like my son and their families who are staying at the hospital. I know times are hard, but believe me running 26 miles is no piece of cake!
