Story
Dear Friends
As you will no doubt remember, last year Laura Smith, Tom Reames and Paul Reames walked 50 miles across the Trans Pennine Trail to support John Reames who was ill with cancer and to raise money for Cancer Research UK. John Reames died only a few weeks later from his illness.
John may be gone but he is certainly not forgotten and we are planning another challenge to mark the anniversary and to raise more money for an important charity that is very close to our hearts. Last year, because of your fantastic support we managed to raise £2,204.60 for Cancer Research UK with a target of just £500.
On the weekend of May 16th/17th 2009, we are planning to climb Ben Nevis and Binnein Mor, two challenging Scottish Munro mountains. Ben Nevis at 1344m high is the highest mountain in the United Kingdom and Binnein Mor at 1130m is almost as challenging.
Your support, as always, will be hugely appreciated and will be supporting a great charity. So please, dig deep and wish me luck for May 2009!
Thank you all
Paul Reames & Laura Smith
