It is fitting that the rains fell and the rivers rose.

Pete Davidson, 1971-2009, Flooding Risk Management team member, Flood Warning Duty Officer, colleague and friend; a husband and family man.  

Pete was a 'no fuss' kind of man. He didn't like it and wouldn't want it.
