We fund life saving medical research to beat the world's biggest killers.

Story

Thank you for visiting my fundraising page.

Most of you are aware that I am one of the lucky ones, in that, thanks to a great number of people and a lot of research into heart disease, I was able to survive a heart attack in July 2008.

Obviously this 'event' has changed my life forever and I feel that I need to give something back. As a result I have entered the Shakespeare half marathon on the 26th April, which being only 9 months on from my incident is a major challenge for me , with my aim to raise as much money as I can for the British Heart Foundation.

Heart disease is still the biggest cause of death in the UK (one in five of us will die from it) so please help me to help them so that they can continue their research.

Photographs of the finishing line will be posted to show that I did it!

Many Thanks

Pete
