After a couple of years off, due to work commitments, I am raising money again this year for Yorkshire Cancer research by taking part in their Pedal For Pounds.  The ride itself is a great day out, through fantastic countryside and there is only one nasty climb (and lots of little ones).

I am supporting YCR as it is a cause close to our family's heart.

For every £1 raised for YCR, more than 80p is spent on research into treatment of, and understanding the cause of, common cancers.  Please go over to their webpage, www.ycr.org.uk and see the good work they do.
