Dogs For The Disabled- Trek Machu Picchu · 12 September 2009 ·

We support individuals, families, and groups with complex health and social care needs, often due to disability, dementia, autism or mental ill health. The support we and our dogs provide enables them to better access the world around them.

Story

Thanks for visiting my fundraising page.

I am trying to raise a HUGE amount of money for the brilliant charity, Dog's For The Disabled. I need to raise at least £2900 by the 3rd of July so please give what you can and make a difference today! Remember, the more you give the better you feel!

I will be embarking on a 4 day trek to reach the mystical "Lost City" in Peru. The whole expedition will last 9 days, nearly all of these days will be long and arduous! If you know me personally you will know of Candy and she is the reason this particular charity struck a chord. Although she isn't a guide dog as such (she has enough on her plate guiding herself) i'm sure if she had her time again she would be!

Donating through Justgiving is quick, easy and totally secure. It’s also the most efficient way to sponsor me: Dogs For The Disabled gets your money faster and, if you’re a UK taxpayer, Justgiving makes sure 25% in Gift Aid, plus a 3% supplement, are added to your donation.

So please sponsor me now!
