The object of the challenge is to climb Snowdon, Cadair Idris and Pen Y Fan, the three highest mountains in North, Mid and South Wales, within a 15 hour time period.

PHS Group has entered two teams in this years event:

The Training team consists of Sara Swain, Chris Lodge, Kurt Lardner, Ali Evans, Ashley Jones and John Crothers.
