Phyllis, as you know, had chronic renal failure and sadly died of pneumonia on 5th February 2008.

Elizabeth Ward their founder was a great help when mum was first diagosed and the BKPA were supportive to us as relatives too.

Phyllis, I know would like to see their good work continue.  She was never a great lover of cut flowers - reminded her of funerals!

So, give a lasting gift as remembrance of her life so others might live.
