At midnight on 19th May 2007, we will be donning some fancy bras and joining the Playtex Moonwalk - a marathon length power walk through the streets of central London to raise money for Walk the Walk Worldwide. Please visit http://walkthewalk.org for more information about the charity. 

Aside from the fact that this is a great charity to support, reasons for entering the Moonwalk and going for the full marathan distance seem to be... that it seemed like a good idea at the time! As our training increases and time runs out until the event, we are really beginning to appreciate that we have set ourselves a fairly substantial challenge and it is going to a long, long night. There is a lot more preparation to this than making a bra look pretty and deciding between marabou fluff and sequins!! Please sponsor us - any donation, no matter how small, will be really appreciated and make a difference through Walk the Walk, as well as provide us with that extra impetus as the pain kicks in....

  ***Update***

We successfully completed the walk in 7 hours and 6 minutes. It was slow going in places because the pavements were so busy, but we had a great time, and very much enjoyed wearing our action hero attire.
