Story

Welcome to my fundraising page!

I am jumping out of a plane (or being pushed, depends how I feel on the day) to raise money for my friend (Sarah's) brother who has MS.  He is being treated at the MS therapy centre in Coventry and this money will go towards the treatment for him and others. The centre in Longford, Coventry is totally reliant upon donations and needs £140K a year to operate, giving valuable services to its approx 250 users.

I am also jumping in memory of Neil Porter, who lived life to the full and made me realise I should do the same, hence why I ended up doing this.  "Dont Stop Me Now" (RIP Neil), please give and make me jump.

Sarah, Chris and Dave (Weldone you guys) have already jumped but have vowed to come and support me on my jump day.  And my brother has promised an extra tenner if I dont swear on the way down, Im hoping therefore that I'll be too busy screaming like a girl to say anything.  Ive hit my target of £250, which I didnt think I was gonna get so have upped it several times and now Im aiming for £600.

Please, please, please find it in your heart to give a little bit, I know times are hard but even the pennies count.
Thanks all x x x x x

Due to the jump being cancelled twice due to weather conditions, and then I couldnt jump because of my eyes I have finally managed to rebook it for March 13th.

About the charity

Mercia MS Therapy Centre provides therapies and support for Midlands people with multiple sclerosis. It aims to keep MS people as mobile and active as possible within the confines of the condition and to reduce the feelings of isolation and helplessness that often accompany MS.
