Over bank holiday weekend I will be hosting Pilates sessions to raise money for our amazing NHS. If you would like to join one of the sessions it would be amazing if you could contribute a donation. 

I have chosen our local NHS trust which has been amazing to me and my family over the years and I know it has been a huge help to many of you in the local community too. I’d love it if we could support everyone at Sandwell & West Birmingham NHS Trust through this challenging time and raise as much as possible!
