We provide a specialist support service to help people cope after a crash

Story

On the 22nd May I am joining a team of ten to cycle the Coast to Coast route from Whitehaven,Cumbria to Tynemouth,Tyne & Wear a distance of circa 160 miles.

Until recently I had not ridden a bike for years and when I have done, not more than a few miles at a time.

I have bought a new bike and begun training and am now up to 25 miles comfortably but will have to up my game to do over 50 miles a day across hill country but am determined to do it for this worthy cause.

Our chosen Charity is again BRAKE the Road Safety Charity which does not get big press but does fantastic work which should be recognised by all of us who use the roads so frequently.
