Fundraising for LOROS, the Leicestershire and Rutland Hospice

Thank you for visiting our fundraising page for the 2004 Race the Sun challenge!
On Saturday 10th July 2004, our team - most of which are from the IT department of Aggregate Industries UK Ltd. - will attempt the "Race the Sun" challenge.
This entails the group completing the following three stages:
***Pedal Power : a 39 mile cycle ride
***Climbing Ability : the ascent and descent of Helvellyn
***Paddle Power : canoe the length of Coniston Water
All three stages must be completed within the hours of daylight between sunrise and sunset on one day!! So this will not only be a personal achievement for the group, but to make the ordeal worthwhile, the team would like to raise money for LOROS (Leicestershire and Rutland Organisation for the Relief of Suffering) charity. Donating through this site is simple, fast and totally secure.
