Over the past few years I have promised myself that I need to get my running shoes back on but always procrastinated and found a very good reason not to.  This year I have been inspired to get running by my friend Rene who despite still undergoing treatment will participate in the race for life and has put together the Renees rebel team, for which I am part of.
