Ok, we're back again!  We'd like to take this opportunity to thank all those who supported the cause last year and hope you can continue to support our efforts this year.  Everone who kindly donated their dosh or donated their time, it is greatly appreciated- you helped us reach beyond our target of £2500.......pretty awesome, thank you!

So, anyways, we decided to continue our support for the NACC- especially as it is their 30th Anniversary this year! The NACC do valuable work in the research of Inflammatory Bowel Disease, as well as provide valuable support for sufferers and their families.

If you are unaware of these diseases and would like to know more, then click on this link provided for useful facts.  http://www.nacc.org.uk/content/ibd.asp

The National Association for Colitis and Crohn's Disease (NACC) brings together people of all ages who have Ulcerative Colitis or Crohn’s Disease, their families and the health professionals involved in their care. These two illnesses are both forms of Inflammatory Bowel Disease (IBD) and they affect about 1 in 400 people in the United Kingdom.

So, how do we plan to get you to part with all that hard earned cash???  Credit Crunch.....What Credit Crunch??

Well, Team Jogle consist of Ray, Mikee & Dazzler getting up close and personal with the saddles of their bikes for a challenge of a lifetime.  They are planning to cycle from John O' Groats to Lands' End (1000 miles) within 14 days in July.  This will all be done in their fetching attire of lycra and mankinis.........mmmmmmmmmm, gorgeous!  The photos will be on Facebook!

We are also planning to hike 3 peaks in the UK-  Snowdon- done, then Skafell Pike- done, with Ben Nevis to follow shortly.

Rach and Mikee took part in the London 10K in May, with Mike doing a pretty impressive 46mins....woooo hooo!

Then we'll continue to show our support in June for the NACC London Walks (to raise awareness).

The next event is the tribute gig @ the Castlemayne, £4.00 per ticket on the door, would love to see you there.  After much persuassion, I've managed to convince Sabiba to do a tribute to Nirvana.......It'll be a great night!  Plus 'For Valour,' Paul Challen and 'Julie Knew her Killer' will be playing.  A huge Thanks to you all for donating your time! :)

We will continue to carry out some charity events throughout the year (curry nights, quiz nights and hopefully a gig or two), we'll keep you posted and we hope to see you there.

Thanks for visiting our fundraising page, please dig deep & sponsor us online.  We really want to help raise awareness of these debilitating diseases & would greatly appreciate it if you could help us reach our target..........every little helps!

Donating through Justgiving is quick, easy and totally secure. It’s also the most efficient way to sponsor me: The National Association for Colitis and Crohn's Disease - NACC gets your money faster and, if you’re a UK taxpayer, Justgiving makes sure 25% in Gift Aid, plus a 3% supplement, are added to your donation.

Many Thanks for your support
