I'm doing an 8 mile sponsored walk around Cardiff, at midnight to raise money for Ty Hafan, the children's hospice in Cardiff. Just to make it even more interesting, we're all doing it in our pyjamas!

I like sleep. I like sleep a lot and for some of the Mums with kids who go to Ty Hafan, this is the respite care which allows them to have an uninterrupted night's sleep. The only one they might get for a long time. I think I can give up a night's sleep to help with that and all the other good work that Ty Hafan does.
