We fund research and provide support to anyone affected by breast cancer.

Story

Thanks for visiting my fundraising page.

We are Rainham Rovers FC who play in the Medway Messenger Sunday Football League and for the season 2008/2009 we are raising money for the charity, Breakthrough Breast Cancer.

For this season we are playing in a pink kit which has been sponsored by a supporter of the team, a local restaurant, Zinga and with continued support for the 18th Season by The Bell PH at Bredhurst, this is to highlight the cause we are raising the funds for.

A letter has been sent to All teams playing in the Senior Section of the Medway Messenger Sunday Football League to make them aware that on our home league games we are inviting them to make a donation As a club we are going to match any monies raised by other teams in our Division.

Additionally, The Medway Messenger Sunday Football league have supported our campaign by informing all Clubs within the League, inviting donations.

Throughout the year fundraising events will be organised, including a bonfire night, a quiz night and a bike ride.  We have received backing from HSBC, DHL Logistics and Halifax to gain support through various Staff schemes.

Donating through Justgiving is quick, easy and totally secure. It’s also the most efficient way to sponsor me: Breakthrough Breast Cancer gets your money faster and, if you’re a UK taxpayer, Justgiving makes sure 25% in Gift Aid, plus a 3% supplement, are added to your donation.

So please sponsor us now!
