Thank you for visiting my fundraising page for the Barcelona Marathon where I am raising money for the Zimbabwe Cholera Epidemic.

Cholera is a deadly disease which spreads rapidly and has the potential to wipe out communities in days.  A lack of clean water and basic sanitation means the disease can spread rapidly.  In, millions of people are forced to drink infected water which could be doing them more harm than good.  Economic problems, Aids, HIV and pro-longed under-investment in public services mean that hospitals no longer have the capacity to treat the seriously ill.

I would be very grateful if you could sponsor me for the Oxfam Zimbabwe Cholera Epidemic appeal.  Your donations will help to rehabilitate water sources, supply soap and disinfectant to promote hygiene standards and provide clean drinking water. We take these things for granted, but unfortunately some people can not.
