Update 30th June.

I've done it in 2 hours 21 mins and 21 seconds! The scenery was spectacular and I really enjoyed the run. It spurred me on knowing that everyone had been so great in sponsoring me so thanks for your support. I attach some photos showing beautiful location and challenging running terrain. The page will stay open so we may get to a thousand pounds which would be brilliant.

I am really excited as Leonard Cheshire have given me the go ahead to raise money that will go towards activities & equipment specifically for The Grove.

In order to earn your sponsorship I am running 13 miles of beautiful, but challenging, coastal paths in Cornwall as part of The EnduranceLife Series. I run on 27th June. It would be great if in one round of sponsorship we could raise enough money to add real value to Paul's life as well as those of his fellow residents at The Grove.
