Sadly, thousands of families in Wales live every day knowing their child’s life will be short. At the moment, they often face this without any care or support. Alone. Afraid. Isolated. Tŷ Hafan’s ambition is that when a child’s life will be short, no family should have to live it on their own.

£355 In just Over A Week!! Thanks So Much To Everyone Who Has Donated So Far!!

Ty Hafan has helped my cousin Jordan and his family over the past decade or so by him staying at their hospice. Jordan needs round the clock care and while his parents do an amazing job looking after him they also need time to pay some attention to his two younger sisters and also need respite for themselves and to enjoy each others company.

Andrew, Jordan's father, raised an amazing amount of money a few years ago by doing the London Marathon, I want to add to that total by raising money by doing a Bungy Jump in New Zealand.

I am currently travelling the world and will be in New Zealand in September. There are 3 various Bungy Jumps in a town called Queenstown, a 41 meter jump from the Kawarau Bridge. The Ledge which is 400 meters above the town, and the biggest Bungy Jump in New Zealand, The Nevis. The Nevis is a 134 meter jump from a cable car. I dont particularly want to jump from a cable car that far from the ground but if I raise my target of £1000 I will happily jump in order to help Ty Hafan.

In a nut shell my concept is, the more I raise the more daring the jump.

My Targets Are:
£1 - £499 = Kawarau Bridge (41 Meters)
£500- £999 = The Ledge (400 Meters Above Queenstown)
£1000 Or More = The Nevis (139 Metere Cable Car Jump)

You can check out all the jumps on www.bungy.co.nz or look at the video I have posted here.

I plan on doing the jump on the 17th Of September 2012 (This could change) I will also get some form of evidence that I have completed the jump and post it on this page.

You can donate securely through this page just by clicking on the "Donate" button, You can also donate by dropping into the Rose & Crown pub on the Graig, Pontypridd. Or if any of my friends or family would wish to donate money through sponorship forms please contact my mother.
