Story
Last year Dylan (a very brave little two year old boy) was diagnosed with Retinoblastoma (childhood eye cancer) as you can imagine shocking news for our good friends Caroline and Sean and their family.
Dylan was operated on at St Barts Hospital to remove the tumour and his right eye within two weeks of diagnosis. He is now happy and well and with ongoing monitoring and treatment has every chance of leading a normal life.
I am dusting down my crusty old running shoes, and plan to run the flora London marathon on the 26th April for the fabulous little charity CHECT, who I know do a wonderful job of supporting families of young children affected by retinoblastoma through very traumatic times.
